phone works great..no issues so far and it was easy to port my phone number.
Activating and buying time online, even with service opperator was imposible. But the phone hat the software to do all that to completion. Except for chirping loudly for notifications that should be muted, this is a great phone, and much more than I expexted. So I am quite happy with it. And I bought it for my 81 year old mother too. She's getting better at using it, but still won't know every thing it can do.
This is not an expensive and is really good for beginners. It has a decent camera and doesn't seem to lag when using the phone.
great phone runs at a good speed and apps work well on this phone. 10/10 would recommend this phone.
I had high hopes for this phone but so many problems with it- some might have been my fault for not reading correctly. First, cheaply made because right away the blue back got torn now I need to use my nails or something else just to turn it on. Second, the charger was made specifically for it so if that's gone it's hard to find replacements. Third, the volume setting is not ideal cause instead of going one at a time it skips and does intervals.
These "Family Mobile" phones are, by far, the WORST phones EVER. The first one I had was much cheaper than this one and broke after only a month. Fortunately I got this one on sale also, and now that the price has gone up, it's DEFINITELY not worth it. On top of that, the service is just awful. AVOID these phones at ANY cost. I only had this one for ONE DAY and had to trade it for another one. I won't ever use Walmart's family phones again unless something drastically changes.
Worst phone I've had in years. Lags and freezes constantly. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.
This phone apparently is known by Walmart tech associates to have a common issue where it will not call out or make text messages but will allow internet service. This has occurred with my device and apparently 4-6 more peoples.
