This is the first iPhone I've ever owned. I've been an Android user for many years and decided to make a change and I'm glad I did. I love my new Purple 128 GB iPhone 12. The features are superior.
It is exactly what I expected! I love it and it's a great color!
Really nice phone. Great camera! No complaints other than I do miss the Touch ID feature. I'm not a fan of FaceID so I have to use passcodes or remember passwords.
Love my new phone with a bigger display! One glitch is the contacts though. The formatting is automatic and therefore it doesn't retain your contact unless you link the newly formatted number to your current contact. Very annoying. But otherwise I love it!
The service isn't as good as my previous phone. I like the color. That's really it.
I got my phone but didn't get the SIM card that was supposed to be included with it. I called Verizon only to be hung up on and the chat agents aren't of any help because they want me to set up an online account but if I don't have a SIM card I can't register for an online account which is ridiculous. If i didn't need a new phone so bad I'd return this to them. Wish I could rate this a negative 100 stars.
