I like this car seat because it has a strong frame that I cannot bend with my hands but it also has a whole lot of soft padding all around the seat and head area. I also really like the deep headrest because my son does his best sleeping in our car.
This seat is great for my 5 year old. It sure feels comfortable and takes 2 seconds to put together! I advise anyone looking for a booster seat to go with this one. Can't go wrong with the fabric and especially the hooks for a guaranteed secure install.
Perfect size and very easy. Hard to find this style for 30 lbs. most are 40 lbs
Good seat! Small structure and great for children transitioning to a belted booster and good for three across in midsize and larger suvs. Could probably work 3 across in smaller suvs if the buckles are easily reached. Love that it has patches to keep it in place as well. Would recommend!
We have a small car with three children. I was not sure if a third car seat would fit. Not only did this Harmony seat fit, because the cup holder can go on either side of the seat, I put it on the side near the door so it does not get in the way.
We bought this booster seat for my grandson so I can pick him up from school. It was a really good decision. Great value for the money we spent.
I purchased this seat because my almost 5 year old still isn't 40lbs. He likes the seat and is comfortable in it. I'm not as pleased, but since it's the only one rated for 30lbs, we'll keep it. I can't get the cup holder to stay on and the seat belt does not slide easily through the positioner. The most annoying thing is that the seat (and I ordered a second to double check) is already almost 2 years past the manufacture date, bringing the lifetime use of it down to only 4 years. While in theory this shouldn't be an issue, it still annoys me. If I had hopes of using it for a younger child, I would not be able to.
I ordered 3 of these for my children. Honestly, just a very cheap booster car seat. The base detaches from the back of the car seat quite often. There's hardly any cushion to it. The cup holders didn't stay on any of the seats for more than 10 mins. Useless. Spend a bit more for better quality.
I bought this booster seat for my grandson. There is no way for it to be securely positioned in the car without it moving side to side or front to back. No headrest strap and the seat belt alone was unable to keep it from moving. I returned it to the store the day after I received it. The upside is Walmart delivered it very quickly and for that I give it 2 stars. Don't purchase it if you want your child to be securely fastened in your vehicle.
My husband read the instructions thoroughly, but we cannot get this seat adjusted tightly enough to be safe. I have a newer car that has the latch hooks, but it still is not secure enough. I am so disappointed and now I have to return them both. The instructions mention that this seat might fit in all cars, but don't mention which cars. It would have been nice to have that information before the purchase.
