Did J&J change something with the baby powder? For years myself and my husband have used this product and it never gave us a problem. Now the packaging has changed, and the powder seems thin, and does not work how it usually would. I would hate to think that my beloved product has changed and will no longer be able to use.
I am 60 years old and have used this my whole life. I do not believe this power causes any kind of cancer....or every child in America would have been sick! I just wish they would stop changing the formulas and scents. I love the original scent and packaging.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I both use the baby powder to sprinkle on our beds before going to sleep ,The scent is perfect ,not a overwhelming perfume smell and it reminds us of when we were babies getting tucked into bed.
for years and years, ever since i was a child, the only baby powder you can find inside our house would be the original (white) johnson and johnson's baby powder....but, sadly, the fragrance changed....but then the skin protection variant came out (yellow-orange cap)...we loved it... we loved it so much that we bought huge containers of it...sadly, when we finished our stash and went back to buy more...2012...we couldn't find any of the skin protection... i searched for it from small drugstores to large supermarkets but could not find one...a pharmacy aide told me that it was phased out....please put it back on the market....thank you very much
My mom used it on me when I was a baby and I have been using it daily ever since. Recently I notice that the scent of the powder has changed. It makes me sad that My favorite baby powder will never be the same. I also notice that it made in China.I thought it was created in USA. What has happened to the great product. Please go back to the original Johnson Baby Powder. I've been trying to look for the original baby scent but have never found it.
I have heard and read that it is now known that TALC causes ovarian cancer.... yet it is still in your products? Google the studies on TALC. A very concerned parent and former user of your baby powder and a ovarian cancer survivor!! Had to enter a State even though i'm from Canada lol
I've bought Johnsons for 50 years and suddenly there is a fragrance, noticeable, and it makes me sick. I am allergic to perfumes and the first time I used my recent purchase, I felt sick. First of all, it says WITH ALOE. I assume that is the fragrance. Wouldn't think that could be a bad thing. And the top was always white, now it's aqua blue which must apply to a new formula.
My family discontinued using J&J baby powder that we used to love. I think the cornstarch replacement in the ingredients is not really pleasing to apply -- esp. to the face. It's caky/cakey.
I have been looking for the original and have not been able to find it. What happened to the original colored white??? I had no choice than to buy the color ones and none are as good as original, they dont last and dont feel the same and do not absorb moisture. Will not buy them anymore. Bring back the original. Thanks
Have used the original product for 50 years. Cant find it anywhere and tried the new pink labeled product. Just awful. Doesnt hold to body and caused a rash. I am a J&J stockholder but so disappointed that the quality of the baby powder has diminished to this weak facsimile that I am considering selling my stock. How could J&J accept this with all the neagtive feedback.
