I received it on time and in perfect order! Despite previous reviews, the one i got was perfect, clean and I don't have one complaint! My son uses it when we're on the go, and i plan to bring it with me when we travel.
Works great, easy to rinse out and dry. Plus it makes the seat a little softer for small bottoms.
I love this product! It folds up small enough to fit in the back pocket of my diaper bag! I bought the reusable liner with it and I just clean it after every use which works great for us! It's a bit short but it's perfect for on the go. I love that you can use it standing on its own or over the toilet. I did notice it moves around a bit on the bigger toilet while I was trying to get her on it but it deffinetly wasn't going to fall in or anything. I all around loved this! I just keep it in my car so it's always with us when we are gone.
the product arrived extremely dirty and scuffed. it was like someone at the shipping warehouse decided to kick it a hundred times on the dirty floor before putting it in the box. i'm keeping it, b/c it's a hassle to return, and it's a potty liner - doesn't need to look pretty. but it was disappointing to get something new in such condition. on the plus side, walmart was one of the few vendors i could find that sells it, and it's much cheaper here than elsewhere.
It works fine but it was SO DIRTY when we received it. COVERED in SO MUCH DUST as if it's been in storage for a decade. I had to wash it with soap, water and a scrubbing brush. I got all the dust off but there are some stains (not sure from what) that won't come off on the silicon (or rubber?) liner.
Item arrives as if it has been stores for ages. It has dirty and grease all over. Can't use after hand washed with hot water, not even clean after washed in fish washer. Very very dissapointed.
In looking around online for the best value for this product, I thought "oh, Walmart has the best price, and it's just a potty liner"...I was excited when it arrived, since I've been wanting my son to start using the liner ASAP. I opened the box, and saw a damaged product. The shipping box and packaging looked fine- no damage. The potty liner looked like it was stomped on, and kicked around like a soccer ball. There was a dent in it and it was covered in scuff marks. I never imagined that I could ever receive a product in this kind of condition. Please see attached photos- looks worse in real life. I called customer service. It was about 7pm pacific time. Was on hold for 25 mins. The representative was helpful and nice- she refunded my money and tried to make everything better. Needless to say, I will never order anything from Walmart again.
The product would have been fine except walmart shipped it to us filthy. Cleaned most of the dirt off but still looks dingy and scuffed up. I kept it because I did not have time to return.
