The Delta Children Bell Top Changing Table with Casters, Dark Chocolate exceeded my expectations. The weight of the changing table is much heavier than I anticipated and the quality of the materials provided were substantial. The tools supplied to facilitate the assembly of the changing table are one - wrench, open end and one hex wrench. The only tool required, but was not provided, is a Phillips screwdriver. I assembled the table about 35 minutes. It would be easier and go faster if two people were available for assembly. FYI: I used 4-eight packs of Powerade to lay a side unit of the table on for stabilization. (1- 8pk each top and bottom rail and 1 each front and back side rail) Then, I put the center and bottom rails in place with the shelves and temporarily held them together with large rubber bands. These two tricks helped me to be able to assemble the table alone. This unit comes with four caster wheels and are installed by simply pushing them into the leg receptors. The instructions are easy to understand and the hardware comes in a blister type package that label the individual items as referred to by the instructions. The mattress pad that is provided is waterproof and fits nicely. I am very satisfied with this changing table and would recommend this unit to anyone needing a nice mobile changing table.
This Delta Children baby changing table was easy to assemble. You only needed two screwdrivers and the accessories that came with it. No drills or drilling was needed. I only needed help with one part and that was just to steady it while attaching one side part. It's strong and sturdy on its own but even more so with the metal brackets in place. I like the high back rail and the adjustable strap for safety. The front and side rails are a little bit lower to allow easy access to baby for changing and cleaning up. The only down side I see is that the water resistant pad is real thin and does not come with a cover. I guess you don't want much of a cover while changing dirty diapers but the plastic pad can be cold on your little one's back. The two shelves underneath are great for storing diapers, linens, wipes, toys and all your other accessories. It's not very heavy but it's very sturdy and I love that it has casters for rolling around the room or for going from one room to another. It makes it nice when I need to be in another area of the house and don't have to go far for changing or cleaning up a messy baby. I like the dark chocolate wood color since it goes well with my other furniture and the design makes it very stylish for any decor. When deciding on this table, please keep in mind that the maximum weight for this changing table is 30 pounds. The final dimensions are: 35"L x 19" W x 39" H (back) or 34-1/2" H (in front). Two shelves, 10" space for each.
I bought this for my daycare to match our grey playpens and I love the grey glossy finish .Was easy to put together. I love it!
So this review is for the dark chocolate, Delta childrens Bell Top Changing Table with casters. So this is a very nice quality changing table. We love it. And the dark chocolate one that we got is just beautiful. Even nicer then we were expecting. It has locking wheels so you can keep it from moving while in use. I like that it is mobile, unlike our last one. I like being able to role it into the room I currently want to use it in. Just unlock the wheels and roll it into the room I want, then re-lock the wheels and good to go. It also comes with an adjustable strap that you can use to secure your child. And I love that it has two lower shelves for storing diapers, blankets and other changing supplies. Honestly though, my favorite thing about this table is how nice it looks. It took me personally about an hour to build by myself. But with a second person you could do it much faster. The instructions and stickered parts with letters made it easy to figure out. I would recommend this table to anyone looking to purchase one. Or as a gift for a new parent.
Looks just like the picture. The instructions were very simple to follow but it is easier with 2 people building it. The wheels do come in handy which I appreciate. Very happy with this purchase!
Directions were fairly easy to follow and I was able to assemble in less than one hour. The pieces are labeled and the instructions advise you on necessary tools. The holed lined up pretty well and I was able to overcome when they did not. I really like the color as it looks sharp with dark wood floors. There are three shelves and the top one has a raised slatted attractive back while the front piece is also raised slightly for safety. Speaking of safety...it comes with a thin changing pad that includes a fastening strap to keep the precious one safe while they are being "worked on". Although the pad is thin, it is sufficient in my opinion for the brief amount of time the little one will be on the table. All the shelves are supported underneath by metal brackets to strengthen their support (another safety and quality feature). The lower two shelves can accommodate baby essentials or be used to store other items. Very happy to have this to provide a place to change the grandkids when they visit. The wheel casters, which can be locked, are an additional nice feature so we can easily move it around when required.
This product came v neatly packed. All the parts of the products were intact and I have no complaints about the packaging and shipping of the product. So the changing table required assembling and it came with instructions. Instructions were simple to understand. I am a Novice when it comes to assembling any product and I could follow the instructions were easily. I started doing the assembling alone and needed little help at the end of assembling.If you are a pro you can do it alone too. Table also came with a changing pad and a belt to secure to baby.This changing table will fit perfectly with any dark furnishings. Colors such as Espresso, Dark Oak, Dark Cherry and Mahogany are a few that come to mind. Table comes with wheels so it came be moved easily from one room to another. It isn't heavy. I really love the quality of the product. Also the width is really long enough to store baby items. You can also buy baskets and store in the table. Negatives.. While assembling the last step instructed to fix the hinge under each table rack however the bottom two racks had v small hole and unfortunately I couldn't fix the hinge. Now my worry is if the racks will withstand all the weight without these hinges. I will have to contact the manufacturer to figure out a way.
Just received changing table, the middle rail on the left side is upside down so the shelf does not slide in correctly
