I liked that it was delivered quickly, and the price was good. It had just 1 small smudge on 1 piece but I would say that was from shipping. What I didn't like and I think it is on the part of Fed-Ex is the box was delivered riped up and a part was missing. I called Dream on Me and they shipped me out the part ASAP.
I purchased both the Dream On Me Liberty Changing table and the matching Crib in 2021. My daughter has been using them both since (it's now Dec of 2023). The quality is spectacular and the items are very sturdy. Assembly is simple and I could do it nearly by myself 8 months pregnant. I chose these items because of their versatility and their ability to grow with my daughter. The dresser is one she will be able to use for nearly the rest of her life and the crib can go from crib to toddler bed to a full-size bed. In the photos, you can see the bed set up as both a crib and a toddler bed. I did have some cam locks and screws come loose in a recent move. Contacting customer service to get replacements was fast and easy! I could not be happier and this make me feel more confident about future DOM purchases!
We received the product very quickly. The assembly was easy and all the parts and hardware was there. The only thing I was not happy with, the front bar had a couple marks in the wood and it was right on the top and very noticeable
It looks pretty good and 90% of it is made from solid wood.the only thing I don't like is that when I received the box is damage and so as the products, it has scratches and nicks.
3rd dresser for my 3rd child, always got chery color never had any issues as the dream on me brand has always been sturdy and strong. This one has a crack and paint scratched off on the outside paint and one of the screws for the side panel wont screw in due to no threads to screw into. Will need a replacement for that to ensure safety and stability before the baby is born. fed ex service was crap, dropping off the package in the dusting of snow/mud and leaving it in the rain. me being 8 months pregnant had to figure out a way to get it out of the weather. will update reciew once the issue is taken care of.
Arrived broken! Big hole on the side that goes all the way through the paper thin siding, can't be hidden or covered. Box was fine so this must be a factory issue. This panel was also placed on the bottom, almost like they're hoping you'll get invested in it and decide not to rebox and return this enormously heavy item. It's cheaply made anyway, we received it as a gift, but I would not pay nearly $200 for this item personally.
This dresser change table arrived in a box that looked in tact. Upon opening the box though it looked like some of the items were damaged. There were scratches and groves in the wood that were hard to miss. Was so disappointed. I dont have the time to disassemble, return and wait for another so will keep but buyers beware. Item may be used or damaged
Terrible! Do not do it! We made it to the end of the box and behold the last side piece was completely busted out. At least we didnt start to put together but now have to lug this 80 lb changing table back to Walmart lol
The quality of the wood is good, the table is nice and strong, but it came with several very very bad manufacturing defects along with poor packaging that left the item damaged on arrival. I was hoping I could just call to order replacement parts but they told me to just return the item. It's kind of difficult when the packaging is so damaged. I wish I hadn't wasted my time with this product or this Dream On Me company. I can only upload two pic of the damage, there were two additional areas that I can't show pictures for.
I was impressed at how quickly this arrived, however as I was taking everything out of the box to get ready to put together towards the middle of the box there were 2 damaged pieces. One has a chunk out of the corner and one has a scratch towards the middle. I haven't finished inspecting the rest of the pieces, but won't be surprised if I find more damage. For this price I would expect perfect condition. I need to get this set up to finish our baby room, so don't have time to deal with a return so we get to just deal with this poor quality product that cost way more than it should have.
