I love this changer, we got when our little girl started walking and getting into everything. It matches perfectly with the BabyMod furniture line and it is real wood. We drilled holes in to put in the safety protectors. The drawers are deep and spacious and it is very well made. Hubby was able to put it together in an hour. Great changer and spacious to acoomodate a growing toddler, my little girl is almost 2 she fits on the changing table just fine.
After searching for months and reading reviews, I purchased this item for my grandson who is due next month. Fairly easy to assemble. Beautiful color (true espresso) and very sturdy.
We bought this product and have been using it for 3 weeks now. It was delivered at the earliest stated date. Assembly was easy and it took a total of about 2 hours by myself. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. It's very sturdy and has lots of space for our baby's clothes and accessories.
I wanted to write this review to let others know this is a great piece of funiture for the price. Our original changing table was open on the bottom shelves, looked great but was not practical when your baby becomes a toddler and gets into everything and you find them eating butt balm! This is a great hands off approach to their safety that also gives you storage. It matches the Baby Mod crib and furniture set to a tea and looks great, is made of solid wood, we drilled into it to put the safety locks on the drawers it wasn't easy. Also is slightly larger which will come in handy once your baby becomes a toddler, her old changing table was getting too small. Buy with confidence, we are very happy with this purchase and this product.
Overall I am happy with this purchase. Good value for the price. The top portion only has enough room for the changing pad. I have owned other changing tables where there was room for wipes etc but not with this changing table.
The item arrived with a missing part (back cross beam) which is a necessary piece. The color is also off, it is more cherry than espresso. It will not match my nursery but I will keep it anyway. I have contacted the maker of the changing table as well as walmart/plumstruck to get the piece that I need - we'll see if it is sent to me. Do NOT order this table!!!
