I bought this for my daughter and son in law. Their baby is due in April. They don't live nearby so I had it shipped to them. It arrived in record time! Not even a whole week. They said nothing was preassembled. It wasn't difficult to put together.... just time consuming. Took them about 3 hours. Very happy with finished product.
We bought this with a gray crib from Ikea and the colors matched perfectly, the size is good for us, the wood is solid. I saw that many people had issues with the assembly, but we didn't it had a very detailed manual. The only downside that it is heavy, my husband had to take it out as pieces upstairs, but that comes with the advantage of having solid wood.
Love this changing table , once completed. Instructions a little hard to follow. Lots of moving parts. Took two of us Much long to put togetherness than instruction time said.
I put this together solo, which was more difficult and time consuming than I anticipated, but definitely doable. Directions were easy to follow, just lots of steps. Table came slightly damaged, but damage was in the back, so not visible at all. Lots of storage capacity in this piece of furniture!
I love the look of this table and it wasn't TOO difficult to put together, but it's so heavy and the legs are tiny! We've only had it up for about two weeks and one of the legs already has a crack in it. I don't think it's going to last long at all.
Very cheap quality. Press board was damaged on front piece where protective bands during shipment were too tight and made intentions into the piece. The color was not even close to what it looked like in pictures. Was supposed to be scrumptious cherry. Looks like a basic dark brown. Did not even come close to matching the baby bed that I already had which is scrumptious cherry. I will never take a gamble and buy from Walmart online again.
There are tons of pieces and parts to put this together. The two side pieces were badly damaged and unusable. No customer service help over the weekend. They are sending out two new pieces (they haven't arrived yet) but this has delayed our schedule. Seeing the pieces and the work involved in putting this together, I think it should be less money. It's particle board too, not real wood.
Absolutely loved the style and color yet it came in with two broken sides and getting the return processed has been a disaster!!! Hoping they get the ball rolling too otherwise I will never do business here again.
I never write reviews but I'm so disappointed in this I feel like I have to. Bought this when I was expecting my son so that I could have both a changing table and dresser in one and save space. But this product has failed me at every turn. The changing table border doesn't stay in place and constantly moves. The bottoms of the drawers always fall through which is extremely frustrating. And the freaking door fell off hot long after we put it together. After spending close to $300 on it I am NOT impressed by it. It's my own fault I guess for relying on Walmart to provide a decent piece of furniture. Don't worry I won't be making that mistake again.
Would not buy again. Very time consuming to build, 2 pieces came broken and 1 piece missing. For the price paid, I expected better quality for this, however it's typical cheap particle board that marks up and bends easily. South Shore is sending new pieces to me and we're easy to deal with, however it's been 4 days since speaking to them and the pieces have yet to be shipped, though the order was said to be priority. I now have 2 large boxes splayed across my living room and a half built change table taking up half my living room for the foreseeable future. Not impressed, wish I could send this back but I ripped the boxes open and would have to disassemble.
