The co-sleeper and bassinet modes are both designed only for infants up to approximately 5 months old or when the child begins to push up on his/her hands and knees, whichever occurs first. Once your child reaches one of these stages, it is time to move your child to another sleeping product. The Mini Arc Co-Sleeper attaches to your bed through the use of the included attachment strap and plate. It is for use with bed heights starting at 24 inches, measuring from the floor to the top of the adult mattress. If your mattress is greater than 24 inches tall, a leg extension kit will be needed.
