I researched many mattresses. It's a good weight, has reinforced edges, coils and all that I was looking for to ensure the baby would be safe, healthy and have the supportive back and head protection needed.
Fits my child's crib perfect. It's firm and passes the bend test (I did a lot of searching on the internet about mattresses and the mattress should not not bend in half). It is pricey but I would rather have a great mattress then a cheap product. The mattress that came with my crib 2 yrs ago got holes in it from my child jumping in his crib like it was a trampoline. Now that we got this matrress he doesn't jump but since it is so firm it has helped him crawl out of the crib. He sleeps great in the crib.
