Bought the "outdoor" velcro replacement product "Dual Lock," to attach a RFI transponder, near the windshield, to the dash of the car. Placed the RFI transponder, near the windshield, using the Dual Lock on the dashboard and transponder so as to meet tollway requirements for placement. Within 6 months the transponder with the Dual Lock was sliding back and forth across the dashboard. The adhesive held fast to the dash or transponder, but the mechanical holders (knob on post design) completely failed. For that matter, the failed Dual Lock attached to the transponder, acted more like a slip agent than retainer. As a result, I went back to the Velcro product which is working well after 1-½ years.
