Great tape. I use it for everything both interior and exterior.
Not only is the Scotch brand actually transparent (aside from the normal threading that all 'transparent' duct tape has) but it's not yellowish/off-white like Duck brand is - it's a clean clear white, no yellowing whatsoever. Also, at this price, I ordered 6 of them. I use it everywhere. I'll attach photos so you can see the difference between Scotch brand and the Duck brand below...
Solid product that can be used most anywhere without concern for color conflicts. Is also extremely durable.
This tape is heavy duty and I like it a lot. Walmart's price for it was fantastic.
Tape is durable and serves many uses such as to repair plastic on my car which is exposed to the elements to taping two pieces of chair mat together to make larger rolling surface.
You will never have to worry about packages coming undone in transit. It is translucent, and strong!
It is not waterproof /weatherproof . Did not work for my purposes. It is fine for indoor use
Would really call this Scotch Tough SEMI-Transparent Duct Tape. This would be a more accurate description of the product. I used it and it is doing the job of holding cracked glass in a window frame, but it is obviously there to those looking at the glass as it is not totally transparent.
I was disappointed with this product. I could not find anywhere the tape "started". I tried several different ways to get it started, I thought it would be nice to use the transparent tape on a chair I have. I could not, for the life of me, get it started anywhere. I took it back to Walmart for a refund.
Bought it to secure outdoor storage bin it doesn't stick/hold very well despite claim. Would return it but it's not worth the hassle...still open to it though.
