I have had issues with dry mouth for well over ten years. Initially I had no clue what was happening and was shopping one day and saw Biotene and thought I'd give it a try. This product for me was a serious life changer. I was so miserable all the time and obsessed with this problem until I found Biotene. Immediately I noticed a huge difference just after one use. It has a pleasant, mild mint flavor and almost instantly alleviates the discomfort of dry mouth. Today, thankfully, my dry mouth issues are not as chronic but I am never without Biotene. This product is amazing and I would wholehearted recommend and have recommended to anyone with dry mouth issues. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

It changed my life, for does who had no choice than wake up pop pills, 2 hours later more pills, then more pills..... 24/7. And what you get from your Doctors is " well there is nothing wrong with you, drink more water, get a good Chapstick.... " They had no idea about the consecuenses of a dry mouth, or how horrible is the feeling when you have it for a long period, ( and it's a completely different feeling of a dry mouth feeling for the common way " the one that get fix with Chapstick " ) I just have to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. I have pass the message to 6 people that they are forever greatful. Although you guy advertised on TV ( your comercial it's not appealing to as, ( I think it's because we are so tired to asked for help and no one is listening to as ) and it's kinda cartoonish maybe that's why doctors haven't heard about it. I wish I can keep expressing my feelings but..... I THINK ITS AWESOME
I have an autoimmune condition so my mouth gets extremely dry at night, I have one bottle in my nightstand for easy use. I don't know what I would do without this stuff!
I love the Biotene Dry Mouth Moisturizing Spray! I have lots of health issues that cause me dry mouth. (My asthma medications are huge culprits.) I can't live without my asthma medications so I can't live without my Biotene! It works perfectly even if you're parched. The Gentle Mint flavor is exactly what it sounds like. It's refreshing without being overpowering. The "Soothing Moisturization" provides immediate symptom relief, is long lasting, and helps freshen breath. It also claims to be the #1 Dentist Recommended Dry Mouth Brand. An important thing to note is that it contains xylitol. Xylitol is nearly LETHAL to dogs. So PLEASE keep this product FAR away from any dog's reach! If you've used the product and have a dog, do not let the dog lick or sniff your face, lips, mouth, or hands and wash your hands before interacting with your dog! I hope this info helps someone. Five out of five stars. Totally recommended. Will definitely continue buying!

This works amazing. Especially if you can't sleep bc of dry mouth and burning. The only con is the consistency is Slimey Spit...but when u hv a dry mouth u just want moisture.
I have sinus issues that require medication that leaves a taste in my mouth as well as drying it out. This product works well to resolve the issue however I do have one problem with it, the spray is more of a stream so it doesn't mist the entire mouth.
Since the formula was changed and the taste I am no longer able to use this product. The enzymes were what made it work so well. The new formula does not work at all. I will not buy this again. The formula for the mouth rinse was also changed and I cannot use it. If the toothpaste has changed I will no longer buy that either.
I have suffered from extreme mouth dryness for years. Tried this product, absolute waste of time & money. I do not take other medication that may inhibit the effectiveness of the product. No difference to my condition at all. Sorry I had hoped this would be a saviour
