I use this with my Sinupulse to irrigate my nasal passages. It has helped my sinuses from reacting especially during tree pollen season. I put in 500 ml of water and microwave about 20 seconds to warm the solution. I love the results.
I like it because it works!
I have been using XLear Sinus Rinse and Nasal Spray for almost 1 year. I find that it works very well as I use it every night. A little more expensive that the famous brand but well worth it as it is Drug Free.
