I am breastfeeding newborn twins and want to keep my supply. I took these one day and the next my supply was back...coincidence? Im not sure. Either way, they're worth a try! The taste is the only thing I'm not crazy about.
With my oldest it took over a week to produce my milk and with my newest baby it took less than 2 days and I'm now 4 days PP and can almost fill two small bottles at once
These gummy were a great start to boost my milk production without having to drink a lot of teas or eat a bunch of lactation cookies. You can really see and feel a difference in your milk production while taking them week to week!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the mango flavor. I also liked it without gummies, as I had some difficulty swallowing pills. I do feel that it helps me with lactation. I ingested it in the morning and at night I could see the result.
Tips don't take it I didn't know until i tried everything nothing is increasing until I took this I know why this has fenugreek is exactly bad for breast milk will decrease ur milk supplies it's scam don't take it don't take anything with fenugreek
I love Frida baby but upset these have fenugreek in them as that ingredient has been know to actually dry up your milk supply 😢
