It's very easy to get my daughter in and out of this carrier. I like that the buckles that keep it around your waist aren't very big (I had a different one that had these huge buckles right under her legs that irritated her and they had to be used or it wouldn't secure around your waist). It's very easy to adjust the size of the waist straps and it's perfect for someone who's skinny or bigger. I myself am a bigger woman and it fits perfectly and it's also great for big chested women. Also, the back straps are extremely comfortable and I can have my daughter in it for hours before my back even begins to hurt. I recommend this carrier, and as a plus it's unisex too, all you have to do is take the bib off and it's just plain black.
Very durable and helpful, especially when you want to kind of be hands-free. The distribution of weight on both shoulders and back is ideal, especially since you want this for the hands-free feature. We have gone through several by gifting on the way for those who were expecting and handing it down to the next generation. 
Love the padded back straps, is super light, comfortable for me and my little one. saw the same carrier in other sites up to 3 times for the price. get this for 12 bucks, definitely I would recommend this.
This carrier works great! It is very sturdy and high quality compared to other baby carriers in the same price range. The only thing I would change is to add more padding where the leg holes are. My 6 month old's legs get red marks if worn too long. I love the neutral color, which makes it easy to match with outfits (when wearing in public). This carrier is very convenient. i like that this baby cattier is lightweight and easy to put on. It's also very compact which is great for traveling or quick errands. I actually used it on my trip to Asia. It was very easy, convenient, and comfortable. My only complaint is that when I use this baby carrier for extended time, it felt a lot heavier than my other carriers. It's designed is amazing and it's durability is great very comfortable to wear holds baby perfectly and it's safety is great as well holds up very nicely
I purchased one for my grandson of 6 months he's super huge & wiill only fit in it for a nother month or two, I wish I would have purchaesd it earlier on to get its full use. But then i was blessed with another lil munchkin he is only 7 weeks old & it is awesome for me, the baby, dad & especially Mom...they don't have to carry him around in the bulky seat carrier all day that he sends more than enough time in anyway..& its a great way for the parents & baby to bond...My sons love them...& i came back & purchased another for my niece's baby born 6 days ago...THIS WILL BE MY GIFT OF CHOICE IN THE FAMILY !!
The carrier is easy to use and is also great for the price. With our baby being on the heavier side, the Evenflo Active Carrier with the additional waist strap may have been a better choice for our needs. I use this for my daughter and we both love it. Getting her in is really easy, except for her fussiness to get strapped in, which she gets over as soon as we start to move. It's super easy to use and very lightweight. I have very intense lower back and hip pain from before my pregnancy, and this doesn't strain my back at all. The padded shoulders are comfortable also.
We used this with our 7 month old daughter on a recent trip - mostly to free up our hands while traveling through airports. It is very lightweight so it didn't take up much room in our luggage when we weren't using it. She was able to fall asleep in it while facing me and was entertained looking around while facing out. It didn't hurt my back like some other carriers I had tried, either. I think she may outgrow it soon, but if we had bought it while she was younger I probably would have used it a lot to do things around the house. I probably wouldn't take it on a long hike or use it with a much larger baby (I would guess she weighs around 16 lbs right now?) but it was perfect for our trip and we couldn't argue with the price!
