I read multiple reviews about Fenugreek and its ability to increase milk supply - I can now say I'm not only a believer but I recommend it to any mama looking to increase her liquid gold! It took 4-5 days of taking 3 pills three times a day but my supply definitely increased.

I use them to help with keeping my blood sugar down and it help me a lot however there is a small side effect and that is my breast got bigger over the last year that I have used them I take 2 a day so if you are a man know that this could be the same for you

I got this to use as a galactic to help me make more breast milk, so that I could have enough to feed my baby and pump some for an upcoming trip. It does what its supposed to do! When I was doing research I had read that it gives your urine and sweat a maple syrup smell. It does give you a funny smell, i actually gave it 4 out of 5 stars because of the smell but its not terribly bad. worth it for all that milk you get! I love how I only need to take it til I build-up the supply I need an not all the time.
After much reading on different web sites and blogs about working nursing moms taking Fenugreek to increase their milk supply, I decided to try for myself. Although I am not super impressed, I did notice a slight increase in my supply; enough that would satisfy my 8 month old without having to fix him a bottle. I understand that not every body is the same, but my hopes were high after reading testimony after testimony of women whose milk supply was practically overflowing. Still, this Fenugreek is super affordable and natural, so I'll keep taking it because it has made SOME difference.

I have been getting my fenugreek from Walmart for years. Picked up a new one 7/14/2018. Same 100 capsules with 610mg per capsule, the suggested use on the old bottle is 3 times daily but the suggested use on the new bottle is one time daily. Called spring valley they had no clue and transferred me to the pharmacy. The pharmacist said two times daily. Also fenugreek has maple syrup smell, the old ones had the maple syrup smell the new ones does not have the maple smell, even if you open the capsule. The pharmacist said it a new manufacturer. I say the new manufacturer is not using fenugreek.
Got my item and it was dented and dirty
