I was having some issues that made my milk start drying up I got super super stressed and I bought these hoping to get my milk supply back not only did I get it back but it increased it I was pumping 3 to 3 1/2 ounces out of each and now I'm pumping almost 4 ounces out of each
These pills are my go to when it comes to increasing my milk supply. As a breastfeeding mom my supply drops when that time of the month hits. But thanks to these capsules im able to breast feed, and pump while maintaining a good freezer stash. For me the key that this product os working is when i smell of mapel syrup (i take 4 every 3 times a day)!!! Wish i could contact the ownet because the amount that i buy i need to gwt on this campanies PR lol. ♡
I just gave birth to twin boys on 9-11-12. Originally, my milk supply was more than the boys needed, but as they've grown so has their demand for milk. The pediatrician recommended I try Fenugreek to increase my milk supply so that I wouldn't have to supplement with formula as often. It took a few days before I saw a difference but it's been worth it. Walmart's shipping was very fast and I recommend having it shipped directly to your house instead of using site to store. I ordered this late on a Monday and received it on Wednesday. I would recommend this product to other mothers.
I used this before with my first baby and it helped increase supply especially since I was pumping a lot so I bought it again for my second baby. I would recommend it to all mums trying to keep up the supply while working and having to pump more than nurse.
I would reccomend this product to Mothers trying to increase their milk supply. I thought all Fenugreek was the same but the My Brest friend worked better for me then the Fenugreek I purchased from GNC. Paid extra shipping for overnight & Walmart got it to me the next day.
I had to take these to increase my milk supply due to latching difficulty the first weeks of breastfeeding. Found had to increase dose to 3 capsules 3x a day to notice an increase in my supply, I have been taking them for a week and went from pumping 2 oz a session to 3.5 (this is in between nursing). If I skip a feeding and just pump I get 7 oz now vs. 4! Great for stocking up the freezer for when I return to work. I had a headache the first day of taking them so increased my water intake from 64 oz to 96 oz after another reviewer recommended.
I have a 10-month old baby who had always nursed wonderfully when I suddenly became ill and my milk supply decreased dramatically. These worked for me to increase milk supply within a few days. The capsules have somewhat of a maple syrup scent which may also make your urine and milk smell similarly. Recommended on package to take 2 capsules three times daily, however I limited myself to 1 capsule 3 times daily and it still seemed to work. Would recommend to anyone else having a sudden supply issue.
To get best results drink lots of water to have to pump after feelings and that's sometimes a pain because in the middle of the night your pumping, it says for best results take 2pills 3times day I took 2 am and pm and did well with it take with food noticed a difference in the first day
I've been using this product for a few and it has helped me produce breast milk. I went from pumping 1 oz on each side to 4 oz on each side. I do smell like maple syrup but it's ok. Hopefully my milk production continues to increase because formula is expensive.
I purchased these in hopes to increase milk supply. I took these pills in high hopes to increase my milk supply for my daughter. However I found that these pills did not help increase my milk supply. In fact they decreased it, & gave my baby horrible gas pains. This may work for some, but it didn't me. I would say though if your baby seems to be fussier than normal after taking these and/or is spitting up more. I would stop taking it. I had read that these supplement gave some babies horrible gas pains. I was hoping it wouldn't do that to my daughter, but it did.
