How easy was that!!! Used my escort app to reorder a nonfunctional accessory and was delivered promptly! Great going ESCORT!!! LOVE my best friend in the car, my RADAR detector!!! Not that I like to speed BUT because I like to “know” “where” they are at! LOL
Sticky cup I had broke. Small piece of flimsy plastic broke while using flipper to remove from window. Poor design and expensive to replace. Got replacement part with no problems. Service was good.
Needed a new stickt cup for my detector & camera because the original one just wore out and tore. The new one works great, a nice, robust unit like the original. I just wish I could buy only the suction cup because the rest of the the assembly was fine. Build them with screw on suction cups that fit all of the units. Lower inventories, less waste, and hopefully a lower cost. (It beats the heck out of all the rubber bands and velcro straps I was using to attach the detector & camera to the visor while I was waiting for my new Sticky Cup!)
OEM lasted about five years before it started failing. Lasted a total of six years. This replacement works just fine for now… too bad you have to purchase the entire mount and not just the sticky cup. Pricey for a replacement when that was all I needed.
This is my third purchase of this mount. It breaks at the same point every time. The plastic leaver used to close the suction cup breaks at the same place.
Buyer beware-even though things are sold through a reputable company like Walmart, not all of the items are new. This item was definitely sold used, Very unhappy!
This is the second order I have placed. They do not last a year and fall off of my windshield. My husband emailed you about this, but have received no response. White can be done to ensure that they stay on my windshield even in hot weather. we have even had to remove the radar detector from the mount because the entire thing falls off the windshield. It was installed correctly, but I believe the heat from the sun is weakening the suction. Again, what can we do to correct this i manufactures issue
