I found an older Brest Friend at a consignment shop, and this fit on there perfectly and made it look brand new.
This is a life changer, the other case I had for the brest friend pillow was not waterproof and it was a nightmare to clean.
This was a purchase for my daughter, due to the product isn't available in stores or was too expensive. Loved the color and it fit the pillow perfectly.

I bought a second hand nursing pillow, but it came with the deluxe cover. For my big waist, extending it meant hook and loop rubbing harshly on my skin. So I ordered this cover to replace it with the ribbon-like belting which doesn't irritate. I also like the pattern print. The BrestFriend pillow itself is a back and arm saver and I highly recommend it for all moms much less stress and aches when wearing it. Note: fits my size 24/3x waist.
My Brest Friend pillow is by far the best nursing pillow (I've nursed 2 babies for total of 28mo.) This pillow is great still, but needs a new cover. The replacement fits just like the last one, love the cotton, washed up great, and now I'm ready for nursing journey with baby number 3!
The inside is foam and not very optimal in trying to find the perfect position for baby. The cover is also not as vibrant as pictured and the material is rough for a little ones sensitive skin.

For this particular design the fabric faded after the first wash. I don't know about the other colors but this one was cheaply made. The only reason why I bought is was because I was given a hand me down My brestfriend pillow without a cover. I needed a cover so I found the cheapest one I could find. This was on clearance so I bought it. I thought it was a great deal since the pillow and cover does not come cheap. But sadly, fabric is cheaply made. The seams looked stretched out when you put it on and I only washed it once and had it air dry for fear of shrinkage.
I bought this cover because I wanted a neutral or white slipcover. The color is exactly what I expected but the fabric is not soft and there is a huge velcro tab that is in a terrible spot and hurts my baby AND makes it miserable to wash!
