Very convenient. Shows you when foods are too hot by turning white. Liked them so much bought for my friends too.
I bought these 3 months ago and out of all the spoons we've tried for feeding our 8 month old these are my favorite. He is able to take the food off of them easily and without leaving extra on the spoon. They do change white in hot food although I think they are maybe a little too sensitive to warm temperatures.
The white hot feature is excellent for initially testing the heat of the food. The shape of the spoon is the only one my baby likes, without getting food all over his face.
I bought these for my 5 months daughter. She is not ready to use them yet, but I like its soft grip, so decided to keep one for myself for desirt. The spoon tip does turn white if in contact with hot food for a few seconds. Overall, it is a good spoon with helpful feature.

I can't really say much, as they were gifts for babies that haven't been used yet. I know they are a good product, as I have seen them used before. That is why I purchased them.
I bought these spoons for my 6-month-old. Sure, they work as spoons, and they're soft and easy for him to grab. But they certainly don't turn white when they come in contact with hot food or water. They're not worth the extra money - just buy a regular baby spoon instead of spending extra for these "safety spoons" that don't even do what they're advertised as doing.
