I pumped breast milk for my baby girl for 4months due to latching issues and then decided to switch to formula due to returning to work, and decreased milk production. I was stressed at all the options of formula and all the different ingredients. I knew a few things from the start. I don't want my baby girl drinking any type of corn syrup! No GMO and I wanted Organic ingredients. Surprisingly what I wanted was more expensive than the rest. I started off with a few organic formulas and it constipated my baby girl she cried and would sweat while trying to have a BM. And one offered organic formula with organic corn syrup solids instead of lactose! What the hek???! One I found with organic lactose and it was pricey and unfortunately constipated my baby girl. Next I tried a formula that was considered closest to breastmilk which was great because it has a few extra ingredients that make it closer to breast milk . I loved knowing she was getting better but it was just too expensive and it possible contained trace amounts of GMO and it wasn't organic!!! Okay so I searched the shelves at a store for babies and came across grass fed cows in a nice blue container on the bottom shelf. Hummmmm I picked it up and to my amazement it had everything I was looking for minus the 2 extra ingredients the other formula I liked offered you also received more formula for your money. I love that the cows are from Ireland and they are grass fed and the grass is nourished by fresh rain water! I love that there is no GMO, antibioticS OR artificial growth hormones! What made it unique from organic formulas is it contains prebiotics which I believe is the reason my daughter does not get constipated like she did on the organic formula without it. That's the only type of ground beef we eat too by the way lol. I also love that the formula is halal! The formula does not taste bad and has a slight sweet taste. It mixes great and my daughter loves it! I also love the containers which I reuse. Thank you similac!
I had been giving my baby the Similac Pro Advance HMO and she was taking it ok but had noticeable discomfort and trouble when trying to have a bowel movement. She was getting constipated often so I decided to try the Similac Pure Bliss and it's amazing! She has less gas, less spit up and she doesn't get constipated anymore!
My son was a preemie, I was lucky enough to be able breastfeed until 6 months. After the 6 months I had to start doing half and half; my son has sever acid reflux and was struggling to find a good formula he would hold down. Pure Bliss was the perfect match. He took to it wonderfully, never fought me on it, and it mixed so easily unlike some formulas.
I've been trying to find a formula in the US that started with milk from grass fed cows. There are many options overseas, but getting it shipped is another story. Baby doesn't seem to notice the difference between the Pure Bliss and Similac Advance but I know it's better for her. I choose to use Similac over other US formulas for their lack of palm olein. I have no idea why it is still allowed to be in formula after knowing the disadvantages. Thank you Similac for not including it in your formulas. Pure Bliss infant formula is a great choice.
The formula seems to offer the same nutritional benefits as the regular Similac Advance. This product is just an all natural product. My baby didn't seem to notice the switch in formula. I would recommend it to other moms. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
My little boy started in the NICU as a big baby and needed formula to help regulate his blood sugar levels, they gave him a ready to feed formula with a smell that turned even my stomach. This is my first baby so I didn't know much about formula but I started my research..... I found pure bliss by accident... I had picked an organic brand but found out that its parent company was not a brand I would normally buy. So I stood in the aisle and read the back of every single brand and type. Pure bliss was the only one without added sugar and an ingredient list I could understand. That was that, I bought it and we've never looked back. I couldn't breast feed and this was the closest to that I could find. It smells like breast milk when mixed and his spit up isn't foul. Plus he seemed to enjoy it much more than the previous stuff we were using. It's a little more expensive but it's a small price to pay for a healthy baby. Thank you for a formula I have peace at mind about feeding to my precious babylove.
This is an excellent product introduced by Similac. Unlike formula, it is real cow's milk which I believe is an excellent way to start before giving the cow's milk after one year. It is balanced with all the nutrient and minerals which are important for my baby to grow. I would highly recommend this product.
Absolutely the best formula ever! My son had to be switched over from breastmilk and wouldn't touch anything else, seriously whipped his head away and screamed when given other formulas. I would highly recommend.
Baby had smooth transition. It was easy for her to take and she likes it. I was hesitant to buy it as I had a few cans of powder formula at home... but wanted to try it and see if the gas and spitting up was better. I normally breastfeed, but supplement from time to time. This ensures that the supplements are just as natural and easy on her body as my breast milk is.
Can arrived with the seal broken, dont think thats very safe for a baby.
