I love the flavors Pedialyte comes in but this one is one of my favorites and Pedialyte has saved my life so many times being a type 1 diabetic. I really recommend Pedialyte when it comes down to needing electrolytes, Gatorade and all that stuff doesn't do anything for me
Great taste, just imo, and though there are types of pedialyte with more electrolytes, this seems to be most easily absorbed and provide fluids to replace losses. Other pedialyte types have some sort of milk ingredient, prebiotics...that in some may cause issues. This is the seemingly the original pedialyte and imo, works best for rehydration. Just drink a few ounces at a time over an hour or or three...may need to drink another container over course of day/night, but seems to replenish your fluid levels. Other type that seems to work well is Pedialyte Sport. Only downside is pedialyte is sort of expensive, almost six dollars a bottle, but it does help you feel better and seems better for hydration than just plain water. Guess you pay for the convenience of not having to measure/mix with water. imo, best type of oral rehydration is either a product called Ceralyte...packets, naural flavor, has to be mixed with water, tastes best very cold, works great but very expensive. Other good option is a product called Trioral...packets, mix with good water...great price...39 dollars for 100 packets..but each packet per a liter of water...so 39 dollars for 100 liters of rehydration fluids. Have to mix packets into liter of water...tastes best very cold. But for occasional days/times you may need a rehydration boost, the taste and convenience of a bottle of Pedialyte original fruit punch flavor is great.
best thing when you have a sick baby due to diarrhea and dehydration. mixed fruit is my grandson favorite flavor. great for adults too
The mixed fruit is my favorite..we sh I could get this flavor in the powdered form. I'm a big fan. I recommend your product to everybody
This is a great drink for a sick baby to a sick adult. It doesn't matter how old or young you may be, one of the best on the market for electrolytes and re- hydrating. Nice suttle taste comes in multiple flavors including popsicles. My goto since my children where little now I use on my grandson and even my self.
gave to my little while they were recovering from being sick. tastes good and replenishes some electrolytes.
The flavor isn't overwhelming and doesn't make you feel nauseous like soda or juice will. Great for getting over illness, exercise or heat exhaustion.
We bought this for our 1-year old when and was sick. I tasted it first, and it is disgustingly sweet. Might be ok for a child if watered down quite a bit.
Didn't not get me complete order
I was really disappointed in this product. I've always used this with my children when they were sick and I remember the taste being decent and easy to get the kids to drink and I like to have this on hand for the adults in the house, and now that my children are all over the age of 12 years old. I thought this would be great to have on hand with everyone getting sick during this time of year, with all the bugs going around, but I wish I would just stick with some Gatorade or Powerade, but you're both sheer, plus the taste is 10 times better I tried both mixed fruit and the cherry pomegranate but they tasted almost like liquid cough syrup! I mean you're already sick, so nothing taste good anyways but then, when you add something that your body really needs, such as the electrolytes which this item would have been great to have, but not even stand to drink it at all! Hoping anyone else advises has better luck with it than I did. I couldn't get any of my kids or grandkids to even drink it.
