I've been using these for months with only one single bag developing a hole in it while thawing on a bowl of warm water. Otherwise zero issue with them. the directions say to fill them up to 6 oz but 6 1/2 hasnt been a problem for me. It is best however to freeze in smaller increments to have the exact amount you need without waste. The more plump filled bags also have more wasted air space between them when put together into a gallon size freezer bag block of breastmilk bags. They thaw and warm very fast- much faster than a bottle. In the early days id actually pour my milk into the bags just to warm it faster to serve to baby. You can pump directly into the bag but i found that the bags can become crooked without noticing and spill your milk while pumping so it didn't work well for me. Still nice its an option if you forget a bottle and need to empty your breasts on the go. They fit perfectly in a flat bottom freezer bag and keep well when freezer bags are doubled up. i use a permanent marker pen to write on them and it stays on perfectly. I wont be using any other kind.
I love them. I store 5-6 ounces on each. So far I have managed to stash like 70-80oz for my little one for when I return to work.
These get the job done every time! No leaks rips or tears.
I really like these bags. I have filled them with only a few milliliters up to 6 oz. None have ever broken or leaked. They served us well during my twin pregnancy and now during my baby boy's breastfeeding journey (almost one year). I can recommend these.
These are good bags the only thing is I'd like them more if they held a lot more oz than just the 6. I go through them quick but overall they're good.
The title of the item says 200ct : "Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bag, 200ct" but you only receive 100bags. Very misleading.
The picture shown 50 count but there was only 25 count.
Says “200 count” in description. The package is delivered and the box says 100 count. I wouldn't have purchased them at that price for 1/2 the product. I could've purchased them elsewhere.
Now that I am no longer pumping, I am starting to thaw what I have stored. Every single bag leaks. A few have even had big enough holes to leak the whole bag all over the fridge. They advertise double zip to prevent leakage but not that it'll leak from the bottom end..
I am getting a bag a day from my frozen stash with a hole in it. I am not going to make it to a year on breast milk now and it is entirely due to the poor quality of these bags! The amount of time it took me to make this milk and now it's going to waste.
