Despite all the negative reviews, I purchased this product based on all the positive reviews. I don't understand how it has worked for so many but it doesn't work for me. I pumped less milk with this than I did with the flange that was oversized. This product didn't hurt or punch in anyway but it doesn't have a good suction. I couldn't get more than 1 oz out of one breast. I wish I could have tried it out before purchasing. Now that I've opened and used the product, it can't be returned. There is no way of knowing if it will work for you until you try it. So, purchase at your own risk. You might be the next customer it works for or you might be the next it doesn't.
