After trying a different brand that was a major disappointment, I thought I'd give these a try. Sure glad I did! Others claim to be heavy duty, but this Universal brand truly is. I'm shipping boxes on a regular basis that average just under 50lb each and this tape has not failed to deliver on keeping the boxes intact. I'm on my third roll and have yet to deal with any tearing or shredding, which was pretty common with the brand I had before. Now that I know the brand I can trust, I'll be clicking the "reorder" link on this tape.
Nice, heavy-duty. These rolls are thicker than the Universal Tape I purchased. I liked the lighter-duty tape as well b/c the tape didn't have as much 'glue' (but enough for my purposes) so it was easier to pull off the roll %26 when the end would come off the dispenser (which can happen at the least opportune time), it was easier to find it.
Very durable and high quality tape. Can hold bigger loads.
I need the tape to protect and cover (laminate) items I am making. This product does not cover smooth and clear. It unravels with creases and bubbles. It works fine for packaging up a box. I just need the tape to be clear.
