This is the best reinforced tape for important items to be boxed and shipped. It will help boxes survive the rough handling by USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Sticks well and does a great job. Do not go with cheaper brands.
I am surprised just how much strength this adds, impressive! I am moving soon and because of the cost of moving/trucking I need to take advantage of each and every square inch of space. You better believe these boxes are heavy and this tape is up for the challenge.
This is water dampened, then apply the tape to corrugated cardboard box. It sticks and strong because it is reinforced with a polyester heavy duty thread in the tape. Just cut to the proper length, then dampen and apply.
this is really extremely reinforced and very nice and strong we use it on a box for microwave that was about 50 lb and not one problem and the price is perfect all you do is just buy a cheap sponge get it wet cut the size tape you need and then run along the sponge,let stay about 5 seconds then stick it on the box

The glue "grabs and stays" quickly on cardboard.
The USPS will only accept this tape for Registered Mail. This paper tape has lots of strength. Plastic tape has no strength once torn and paper tape is a tell-tale for tampering.

You can't go wrong with this tape. It is the strongest tape there is for securing shipping boxes.
I brought the tape for packing moving boxes. I didn't realize that I would have to wet the tape to achieve the gummed effect. The positives are the size of the rolls.
