I only buy Ester C, as it is more bioavailable, easier to assimilate. Plus this comes with Bioflavonoids - a combination my body seems to need. Price is right too. Thank you Swanson
American Health Ester-C with Citrus Bioflavonoids 500 mg works with out stomach upsets plus it has the healthy benefits of Bioflavonoids unlike cheap Ascorbic acid. I find taking two 500 mg tabs is much easier to swallow than the1000mg tablet.

I have been using this product for years. It is economical . I like this product. It is a company that has been around for many years. I trust their product.
I highly recommend American Health's Ester C. It is effective, GMO free and the prices at Swanson are the best! I have used it for the last decade and can tell you that it has made a difference in my overall well being.

I have a really sensitive stomach and haven't been able to take vitamin c because I'd get a terrible stomachache. I tried powder versions (Emergen-C) but didn't like having to drink so much liquid & though it didn't give me a stomachache it did make me slightly nauseous. Then I read about ester C and decided to try it! I was very hesitant at first but am happy to say have had no stomachaches from it! My only problem is the size of the tablets. Generally we take 1,000mg per day but the Ester-C tablets that strength were giant! REALLY hard to swallow. So we switched to the 500mg which were more normal size. Easier to take 2 of these than 1 giant one. We were using the capsules which were easy to take but these were cheaper. My preference would be the caps but I saved enough $ to make these tabs worthwhile. No amount of $ savings would make those gigantor tabs worthwhile though!
