This is my second purchase of this product. This Vitamin D does not have soy. The price is the best I can find.
Not only have my husband & I taken this particular product for years, but we love it so much, we sent some to our daughter in Alaska. We really like the size of the gel cap and the ingredients, which means the most to us.
It was reasonably priced and will help your body absorb calcium. You should be taking calcium with it. I checked with my Chiropractor and he said it appeared to be a good product.
This is the most healthy, best usable and assimilable form of Vitamin D, and just check the ingredient list - OLIVE OIL! How great is that? Most other companies use cheap and unhealthy soybean oil for filler instead. This is an outstanding brand that I have taken a number of other supplements in, and I am very pleased with it. The softgels are fun to take, very small and easy to swallow, and they smell good! You won't find a better value than this.
Most people need the "sunshine" vitamin; however, take a supplement with care. One should read and/or seek your doctor's advice to see how much your body really needs. Too much or too little does make a difference.
