These work well, but I have to cut them in half , a whole ond makes my stomach burn. They are extremely hard tablets, so don't use a pill cutter on them, my blade on my pill cutter broke cutting one. Just try to break them with your hands. They will bring your potassium up over time, I guess, I am not a doctor or nurse. I just know my levels did go after taking them and mine stays low. Too much of this vitamin can hurt you, so be sure to ask your doctor and get your blood tested.
every time I go to the doctor they make me drink a potassium drink because my potassium is nonexistent. this helped so much, my potassium is never low now I take this everyday!
I liked how it made me feel. All of the essential vitamins and a healthy diet are needed to fully feel the effects, even so you would still be better off by taking these even without those things I believe but thats not medical advice.
Healthy making a nutritional balance
I like this Vitamin Potassium. When I get a sudden headache at my elder age, I realize that my body is low on Potassium so I take 1 tablet, easy for me to swallow %26 within 15 minutes my headache is gone.
This is a good quality vitamin plus the vitamin helps out with the potassium that I'm not getting with my food so if you need extra potassium, I would try this
I take potassium supplements at the direction of my Doctor. Great for heart health and an added benefit is they are good for arch and leg cramps! Please follow the directions or better yet, speak to your Doctor to see what your usual dose might be.
I've had to deal with muscle cramps off and on for years, also I'm prescribed pharmacological grade potassium pills for my heart issues. I've used these to suppliment my bodies need for it. i still have episodes, but they're farther between. If it took them away totally, I'd have given five stars.

The reviews on this Sprong Valley Potassium 99 MG supplement could be a social experiment for placebo effect. There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO way you would get anything from 2% of anything! You'd have to eat the entire bottles contents. Adults should have 4-6K of Potassium a day. Banana gives around 450 MG... that is TWO HUNDRED ANS TWENTY TWO PERCENT more than this caplet... and it's way cheaper! This product is absolute madness!
