I had no clue what B50 was until I started looking up B vitamins for my 75 year old mom who has NO energy whatsoever and I ordered a bottle and try them myself and I could feel a bit of energy the very first day I took one. It is absolutely amazing and I will start giving to my mom and see if they will work for her and try to update here after she takes them for awhile. I would also like to comment that my blood work is perfect and so is my moms and the point is that the vitamin B50 still worked dor me maybe we just need that extra boost ( it works almost like a vitamin B shot for me.

Taste is not fun,but putting it in, the back of your mouth and swallowing, with water, quickly, helps.
I love Spring Valley brand of vitamins, I particularly like this B 50 complex, because it's not such a mega dose, like many of the b vitamin products, and it's time release, which is so important, as it's in your body all day, as opposed to a few hours.
Helps prevent painful leg cramps from chronic CVI and the sharp painful pins and needles of diabetic neuropathy. Taken once daily, after dinner or twice daily, after breakfast and dinner; this vitamin supplement prevents body aches and pain from chronic diseases. My podiatrist recommended these and I have found them very effective. I used to have painful leg and foot cramps that woke me at night. No more. Vitamin B50 Complex prevents chronic pain and provides for restful sleep. i have recommended it to family and friends after it was subscribed for me. I now buy it over the counter with the OTC funs from my health plan. Great price and greater value.
my doctor put me on B50 3 years ago. It does many things, to numerous to list so lets just say I feel much better and will always take B50
I've been taking these for years - best balanced vitamin B complex I've found. They do not contain an extreme amount of any of the individual B vitamins like some supplements do. If I feel I need an extra amount of an individual B vitamin (such as B12) I take a separate dose of that specific vitamin.
The delivery was one bottle of B50 and one bottle of B1. Not what was ordered. The bottle of B1 was returned to the local WM and a refund was received. Today we have been charged $10.44 for another order of the same thing, which we did NOT order and did not receive. Please correct your error and credit my card for the correct amount.
Doesn't give any of the results I usually get from taking Vitamin B50.
I wanted super b complex not the one I received was inaccurate I need the one b that has all the vitamin B's in it It's called super b complex
