This is the best Super B-Complex supplement I've ever used.
Beneficial, as stated for " B "
I take one every day and so one bottle lasts me quite awhile. Seems to work well also.
I take one of these daily to help with my energy level, and to supplement my diet. Excellent value for the money.

I have been using these tablets for a while now & I am very pleased.
I have been using the Spring Valley brand (includes B-12) for over a year and prefer it to Nature Made. It is high quality and there was a noticeable difference within a week. I have more energy and a sense of well-being. The price is lower. It DOES contain soy, but the label does NOT list gluten or yeast. I will continue to buy.
I bought this for energy only. To this day I'm yet to get the energy but I have lost over 25 lbs since starting more than 6 months ago. I'm now 155lb whereas I was 180 - 185lb. I noticed that after I eat between 4 - 5pm, I didn't want anything the rest of the day. One day my belly wasn't protruding and a pair of pants wasn't fitting. The rest is history. I no longer take daily but I have bought bottles for friends and relatives. One is having a problem with vitamin C
Wow, there's a lot of milligrams of NOTHING listed on the Supplement Facts label!
I oordered this becasue needed a Vitamin B Complex that did not have Vitamin C in. No where did it state it included Vitamin C. To my surprise when I received I found out it does contain Vitamin C. WalMart needs to be more specific when stating ingredients. Will be returning.
