Bought these for my boyfriend. He said he spends the day burping up cinnamon, and they're pretty large, but they work great at keeping his metabolism in check. He still wants to eat, but he doesn't feel like he's starving. The about you info is my boyfriends info, since he's the one using these.
I been taking this for several years . I take it to help keep my cholesterol down and it seems to work. I do recommend Cinnamon 1000mg plus chromium to help with that.
These cinnamon capsules seem to be helping to keep my blood sugar stable, along with doctor prescribed meds and sound nutrition.
I have been using this product for diabetic support for some time now. To date I have no complaints.
This appears to be a very good item. I'm ranking it 5 stars based on the apparent value received. I do not have any way to verify that the potency and ingredients are as stated. If it is truly as described, it it top notch and I would highly recommend it.

These are larger capsules than I've used before. Since this is a Chinese produced product, I will try to find a replacement.
Product description shows 2000 Mg. --Product received is 1000Mg. Will have to double up on intake thereby cutting dosages in half.
I have been buying Cinnamon 1,000 mg for a long time. and I had the unpleasant surprise to find that the 1,000 mg capsule. of the 180-capsule bottle has shrunk by 50%. How is it possible for this new capsule to fit 1,000 mg. of Cinnamon and 200 mg. of Chromium? 🤦 It is noticed that the color is much lighter and the smell and taste are different compared to the previous capsules. I think SPRING VALLEY on this product has a big manufacturing mistake or we are witnessing a big customer scam. I will return the product and will not buy this brand again. Shame on you.
