Very beneficial for GERD and IBS.
It works for me just don't drink alcohol with it.

I recently had a diverticulitis flareup for the first time. My stomach pain went away after I went on a liquid diet and took antibiotics. I unfortunately had a bloated stomach for several months. I tried all sorts of things to no avail until I finally discovered the Rachel's Tea website. I ordered the Digestive Tea and drank it every morning and night. I also followed their Food Combination Diet. My stomach improved after a few weeks and I thought I was good to go. Unfortunately, my bloated, uncomfortable stomach returned after I ran out of the tea and stopped the diet. I then ordered more tea in addition to several of their other products because I trust their recommendations and really appreciate their very personal, caring customer service. I'm thankfully feeling better again.
This is my 2nd order for for this particular nutrient. So far the uality %26 price are worth it.

I tried this product but it did not work well for me. I had an issue but was corrected by my doctor. This may help others with symptoms. I am not saying it is a no good product, it just was not for me. If someone is deciding on this product. talk to your doc or pharmacist.
I was disappointed that this product no longer smells like slippery elm but like wood. Maybe it is slippery elm wood but it sure doesn't work the way the original product does.
