works, I take two in the morning and two a couple hours before bed and I get up once a night sometimes. Not 2 or 3 plus like before. I have been using it 8 years.

Good quality at a good price
So far so good, l haven't gotten sick or anything. Kinda felt an improvement in mood as well when taking it (one a day... on day three now) More importantly it seems to be helping out my prostrate a little bit, although you understand l'm no expert. Very pleased with product.

only one bottle was shipped instead of. I called about this and they told me they are shipping one bundle with two bottles. That never came but I got the missing bottle later. This has been messy shipment. My credit card was charged several times but every thing ok. My credit card warned me of multiple transactions instead of one
