I used it at home for muscle pain and stiffness I was having. I did find that the product did exactly what it said it would do. The best part was there was no fragrance! No more smelling like you are covered in IcyHot and no burning feeling afterwards! I will be looking for this product next time I am in need of muscle cream.

I am never without arnica. A tiny capsule of homeopathic pills in my bag, cream in my medicine chest, and in my bodywork office. For a quarter of a century, I've relied on it for muscle aches and tension, and in my office it helps my clients by letting me go a bit more specific in areas that are bothering them. My hard-working son uses it for the soreness of physical challenges as well.
I have a blood disorder and it causes me to bruise very easily sometimes I have huge hematomas from just a small bump but using this arnica speeds the recovery so quickly it's unbelievable just love this stuff can't be without it. also it's very moisturizing and odorless

It has no scent, which is nice. I use it for pain relief and swelling. It works well when I feel pain in my legs and lower back. I like the natural aspect of this cream and the effectiveness of pain relief. I would recommend 8/10.

Finally I've tried a cream for muscle pain & bruising by Arnicare, it was great because unlike others, it was not greasy and had no strong odor. One key thing, as the effect wore off...the pain SLOWLY returned and was not as terrible! I will buy this product too use again
