[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use it for a almost two weeks and one thing I notice since I been taking the fenugreek I don't have a problem with acid reflux, that is new to me, other reason is to nourish symptoms for my period so far I feel some relief.
No extra bull crap ingredients, high dosage of what you actually want and a lot of pills for a good price!

I love how the square bottle fits in the cupboard without wasting space the way round bottles do. The super convenient flip lid on the bottle makes it quick and easy to dispense the capsules without dealing with screwing the lid off and back on. The capsules themselves are a nice medium size that makes them easy and comfortable to swallow. This is a high quality product with many design details that make it convenient, easy, and comfortable to use. I will definitely seek out the Nature's Way brand for my future supplementing needs.

Much better than going the unnatural approach. Plus it makes me smell kind of like maple syrup which is a little weird at first but I like it!

Through both stages of my life Fenugreek has saved the day for me! I've been a huge fan of Nature's Ways products for a long time. It's clean, high standard processing makes it highly effective as well as affordable! One of my favorite side benefits of Fenugreek is that it makes you smell sweet, like a natural deodorant with a sweetness to it. I've had so many people ask me what lotion or perfume I have on… none… I just take Fenugreek and smell amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fenugreek Seed has several health benefits, personally I don't use it for lactation I use it more for its digestion properties and blood sugar benefits. It helps alot with my bothersome indigestion I can really tell. Its supposed to help with cholesterol levels so that's a fantastic bonus if so. Capsules go down pretty easy, no bad taste. They smell a little like syrup to me. I haven't experienced any type of negative side effects or issues, it's been all good things. I would definitely reccomend to any woman.

The recommended dose is 2 capsule 2-3 times daily. I liked the shape and size of the bottle. Its convenient while traveling.
