I love this Best natural Turmeric Curcumin Complex with Bioperine Capsules. I have been using Turmeric for a long time for my well being and preventing memory issues and other health issues. I have been using this Natural Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine Capsules for a week and I have noticed that more clear mind every morning and my skin is glowing and the muscle pain is less than it was. A week in, I changed my dose from one pill a day to two. I do notice less pain in my finger joints upon waking. So I will continue with my 2 a day.
This item provides you with the recommended dose. Be wary of other brands, they may not be as refined as this product. Also, recommend you take one capsule daily for one week, then go to twice a day which is recommended dose. Just gives your bday time to adjust.
I thought that I could do for myself was to begin to begin a healthier lifestyle. I've tried many things that did. Not work but I decided to try these capsules because I have heard so many great things about tumeric and its advantages to the human body. These capsules gave me more energy. I didn't feel as sluggish as I usually feel. And the fact that it's all natural is a plus.iwould highly recommend this
My knees have been bothering me and I tried this product when I got it from walmart. It has actually helped with the discomfort. There is an after taste, I'm guessing bc of the turmericc but other than that it's a wonderful product.
I have been taking turmeric for over a year. Really helps my digestion and recovery. This is a great option at a very reasonable price. Had no problem transitioning from my old formula to this.

The Best Naturals Turmeric Curcumin C3 Complex with Bioperine Veg Capsules, 500 mg, 120 Count seem to alleviate some joint and muscle issues, but I have not taken them long enough to know for sure that they will help eliminate the pain and reduce the need for Ibuprofen. I do like that they're Veg Capsules and don't appear to bother my stomach.
