I'm type 2 diabetic on insulin, and use supplements to control my mood and blood sugar levels. Cinnamon lowers my blood sugar. Its also a natural calming supplement which taste great in tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
These are a very important part of my daily vitamin regimen that I composed for myself may years ago. They help contribute to the reason I am so healthy at my age/
Really good capsules of cinnamon
It's a great dietary supplement. It works well in aiding the medication I take on a daily basis.
Taking the Cinnamon Back capsules daily has naturally lowered my cholesterol levels. It's a whole lot better than taking expensive cholesterol lowering drugs, less expensive, and safer too.
I used the tablets once and I noticed that I had to keep using the restroom. I had forgot that I'd taken the capsules earlier in the day. So, these tablets are good for releasing water weight. It's like some type of diuretic or something. Hopefully, my review helps!

I use the cinnamon capsules to help lower my sugar because I have Type 2 diabetes. I like these because they are easy to swallow and its better than sprinkling cinnamon on your food on a daily basis!!
Works well for me to control serum glucose levels and Hemoglobin A1C in Diabetes. Low Carbohydrate diet +Ceylon Cinnamon Capsules work well together under doctor supervision. Good price.
