The fact that this product say Citrate on the bottle which means it can be taken with or without food. This brand also offers the smaller size called Petites which make it a lot easier for those who have a hard time swallowing pills.
Just what my doctor prescribed but unable to locate. Must not manufacture anymore.
This is the best calcium supplement I've found. I really like the slow release and believe it's made a difference for me.
Love these pills, no stomach issues, high dosage of calcium which my gyno doc recommends, price is reasonable.
Love the product because it has a lot of vitamins in one pill along with the calcium. If you are in need of calcium, vitamin d, and magnesium in your daily diet...this is the brand to buy.

I use Citracal Calcium Citrate to avoid foot, toe and calf spasms. In order for this product to work optimally you must take it everyday as directed on the label. I have used this supplement for 2 years and it works well.
This product is a very good way to take all the calcium you need with or without food. It says it gives you all the vitamin D3 you need in a day, but the best doctors in homeopathic medicine say you need 2000 IU to fully utilize the calcium. The magnesium is a little low also, but you may be able to get the rest with the food you eat. Other then that, it is a great product for the money. I think you will find this to be one of the best prices you will find per tablet out there.
