Adding magnesium to my routine has been so helpful to my overall health. As a vegan, that didn't used to take great care of myself, I was lacking it and always felt rundown / anxious. It's helped me feel calmer, my body feel much better and healthier
Hard working gal here who does eat plenty of veggies. That being said, magnesium is good for the brain so I like to take it. I like the affordable price and the package is the same across the board. No side effects.

This is a great brand for vitamins, very accessible (sold in most major stores) and quite affordable. Regarding magnesium, make sure you read the label to see what type of magnesium it is so you don't buy the wrong kind.
This magnesium supplement supports bone and muscle health as it stated on the bottle. I using once a day and I'm happy with the results. Although you need to take it for a long time to see the real effect. This is the highest amount of magnesium among this company's products. There are 200 and 100 as well.
The ingredientes and quality is amazing! The packaging is great and you get the most value for your money! They work if you take them as part of your daily routine they taste great as well
I definitely recommend this product. However, this is my backup brand. I do have another brand preference where I am able to get 250 for the brand at 2 for 1. Because I am OCD , I like keeping certain supplements on hand. This happens to be one of them. It helps promote natural health benefits. From what I gather, it brings similar benefits with as St John's Wart. Some of us are unable to take that bc of the medications we are on, and must opt for a more natural alternative like this and SAM- e. Which I will review later. It, too is also an excellent alternative as well!
For this form of Magnesium, Oxide, this specific one is my preferred choice. Works great for my needs and had a better value than some of the others
I take daily magnesium, ever since having had cancer. Just part of my daily breakfast pill routine! Nothing special to note of these other than they give me a quesy belly if i take them without food. I personally would rather take twice a.day magnesium/citrate than the single magnesiums only to make vitamin regimens a bit more efficient!
