Spring Valley Milk Thistle is so easy to swallow. I like the 1000mg dose which is better for liver health. I have been using it for over 10 years. I feel it helps to clear my liver of the unwanted chemicals from the foods I eat and in my environment. The two pack is an excellent value.
Shipping was fast. Price is excellent. I have used this supplement for years, and found Walmart to have the fastest shipping and best price
I use milk thistle in addition to turmeric to protect my liver. This milk thistle from Spring Valley is cheap and good. I always rely on Spring Valley's products.

I have read so many reviews that Milk Thistle helps the liver regenerate itself, that it helps cleanse the liver. This by no means are the views of Walmart. These are claims that I have read about this supplement so it is up to everyone who is thinking about taking this supplement to read up on it, discuss with your doctor if it is safe to take with your other medications… I personally take it as directed and have my physicians know all supplements I take as they can interact with my other medications. I love that Walmart sells it as a double pack and for ship to home. It is a great value. Thank you always for making your items at a great value and for shipping to home.
I wanted a stronger milk thistle and this is it. My family takes it and we like it.
I have been using this product for a week now. It does not seem as effective as other brands I have used
I'm very disappointed. I was very, very happy when this product was offered in 1000mg. Without notice, it was changed to 250mg while keeping virtually the same price. It is also only (still) offered in 90 capsules per bottle. That means in order to get the same satisfaction as before, I have to return to the store to restock and take my dosage 4 more at the same price. That's like a 400% increase in price and your ingesting more gelatin. Also, I noticed that some of the reviews were for the 1000mg; not the 250mg.
The product description was, "Spring Valley Concentrated Extract Milk Thistle Herbal Supplement 1000mg 90 pc, 2 ct." The product I received was 250 mg: big difference, 4 times less the potency. The bottle advertised showed also 1000 mg. Honest mistake? I doubt! In addition, that was not the only "mistake." I also ordered another product and received with half the potency. Two mistakes, too many!
