The pill isn't huge and that's my main concern with pills they keep getting bigger and bigger but this one is still on the small size. The labeling on the product is very straightforward and easily digestable. It gets the job done ✅

I struggle with my energy levels and honestly this has helped me about 80%. They are small and easy to swallow, no bad or weird flavors. Only con is that (TMI) your pee does come out the color of the capsule.

Riboflavin is a key component of coenzymes involved with the growth of cells, energy production, and the breakdown of fats, steroids, and medications. Riboflavin works to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation of nerves, which are contributors to migraine headaches. Any excess Riboflavin your body does not need is excreted in the urine, which adds a neon yellow color to urine. So don't panic! This was easy to incorporate into my daily self-care and there was no aftertaste or uncomfortable side effects.

I guess that is it's way of saying that it is working. It works but I only feel the effects of it for about 5 hours or so.

It feels healthier and I don't have the drag at the end. It's more cost effective and convenient so I don't have to stop at the store. The only downside to this product is too much vitamin B can cause certain changes; as well as causing shakes in the hands but not for the whole day.

This is supposed to give you some extra energy, but I haven't noticed any difference yet. Perhaps it is because the vitamin needs to be taken for more than a month. I find the pill easy to swallow and that it doesn't upset my stomach. My urine is neon yellow though but that it a known side effect. I wouldn't mind continuing to take this vitamin in order to see if my energy levels do increase after prolonged use. I would recommend this product.
