I have only used once so far, but already working!! Yay
This product does what it describes . Cleans you out but you definitely need go up the dose and take two of them.
We have been buying Natures Way Cascara for years but noticed we were having to take multiple quantities to get results. Both bottles from Swanson do not work. They are light brown in color. Bought a bottle and they are dark brown in color and work great. Worried now that Swanson is receiving inferior products?
