I have IBS-C and this product is one of the best I've products I've used. It gives a natural go. Perfect for anyone suffering with constipation. I only need one a day the instructions say two that how good they are.
Do not take every day. you do not want to lose the mucous membrane. I have diverticulosis, so it is imperative that I take routinely but not daily a colon cleanser. I particularly like this one.
It came in quick .i deal with chronic constipation so the extra fiber helps so much.
Purchased this product on sale a month ago to help with another medications "side effects". The label suggests to take 1 serving daily for the first week to let your body get used to the added fiber. I jumped in at full dose from the begining and had no ill side effects. It was noticably working within two days. Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water while taking this product.
As a GERDS patient, I found this product to be very helpful in the process of elimination and bulking. You won't have to go to the restroom in 20-30 minutes again as the product cleanses thoroughly and you'll notice that you don't feel like you didn't expel everything. I recommend the capsules and not the powder type. Excellent product!
Is a great way to deep cleanse
Before taking this my bowel movements were long drawn out experiences and I used a lot of toilet paper everytime. Now I rarely have time to crack open a magazine before I am finished and I use a fraction of the toilet paper I used to. Don't confuse this with the green labeled colon cleanse which has a laxative. This can be used everyday.
Actually I bought it for my mother and she loves it. She said it's a good product to use.
I tried the powder form of the colon cleanser for about two weeks taking the dosage once a day for like 4 days a week. I had a huge stomach wasnt able to button most of my jeans and felt very bloated. I took this and in just two weeks my stomach is almost near to flat my clothes fit better jeans fit along with extra space. Am convinced this thing melts fat away I would highly reccomend it to person who are overweight and have been struggling to loose weight this is the solution Works for me
It's ok. It only worked for a a day or two and then I guess my system got use to it and now no longer works.
