I started taking Rhodiola Extract mainly for mental clarity. I knew it was also good for having more energy. I first realized it worked when I started having better recall of various subjects and words. I usually have plenty of energy but I never tire through the day and believe it is because of Rhodiola. I researched and found Life Extension to have the best price and ingredience. I expect to continue to take this on a regular basis
I've been taking the Rhodiola Extract for 2-3 weeks now, not every day but most days. The first time I took it was at work and I had zero expectations for it. But I remember that several hours later I was walking around and I was feeling really good energy wise and with body harmony. And as is my habit I tried to think what might be the cause of it. Maybe it was because it didn't have any aches at the time? No, that wouldn't make me feel so much better. After a while I remembered taking the Rhodiola several hours previously and so I thought maybe that was it. Since then I have had several of these experiences many other times when I took the Rhodiola and got busy working and forgot about it and then later realized how good I was feeling. By now I'm pretty sure it has to be this supplement because there is no other possible cause I could think of. I can't say I experience it every time but that would likely be because there are always multiple causes going on, like maybe poor sleep, that can be difficult to overcome. But this supplement is one of the few that I take because the positive effects are so apparent, and isn't in the list I take "because it's supposed to be good for ya".
This is a well known adaptogen used to combat the effects of stress on the body. We have used many brands and find this one to be just as good as the higher priced alternatives.
I've been using this product for several weeks now. I feel as though it has helped with sleep, mood and my overall sense of well being. I'm glad this has become part of my supplement regimen.
I use it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. If I have a busy evening/social event, I will take another one around 3pm. It helps me focus and concentrate better than normal.

I saw no indication of any result I was looking for. I took as directed and for a long enough period for my self that I should have been seeing some of the energy I was expecting. I'm sure this is not a bad product--it just did not help me.
