I really like this supplement. I'll take B12 because I am vegan and have been looking for an easier supplement to take. This fast acting liquid works for me. I like that it is gluten wheat and yeast free as I am allergic to all of those so if that is your issue this might be a good choice. I was afraid that it would taste horrible but It's not bad at all. It's kind of tricky to hold the liquid under your tongue but I'm getting the hang of it. It doesn't have a lot of crazy ingredients in it which is also a positive.

I have more energy and do more things around the house. I love that it boost my metabolism too. This product has No gluten, artifical flavors or colors, soy, wheat, yeast, milk or milk derivatives. I really like these B12 Spring Valley Liquid Vitamin drops. They come in a 2 fl oz bottle that will last approximately 59 doses. 5,000 mcg vitamin B12 per serving.Each dose is in a calibrated dropper to assure you get the correct dosage each time. The flavor is a delicious berry flavor and I look forward to taking it each day. There is no icky vitamin taste like I thought it would have. They are fast acting because you hold them under your tongue and count to 30. Anyone that has problems swallowing pills would really find these easy to use. I am hoping they boost my metabolism. They do seems to give me a little more energy. You can also add to your smoothies or other food if you like, but so far I just take it from the 1 ml dropper. If you have dietary restrictions, these will work perfect for you. It contains no artificial colors or flavors and is free of milk, milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, soy, gluten, wheat and yeast, making it suitable for a variety of dietary needs. I really like this B12 liquid drops. I like that it's fast acting and gets into your system right away. The tastes is great which was really my main concern. I have been using the drops for a week now and I notice a difference with my metabolism. I have more energy each day. I know it doesn't specify that it assist with weight loss or curving your appetite however, I have experienced both of those this week. I am loving these drops! I will definitely get more and recommend them to family and friends. The syringe has the measurement too that you're supposed to take.
I got to try the Spring Valley B12 Dietary Supplement. This is based on my opinion only. I received this a couple weeks ago but I had to see if it really worked before placing my review. Been using it for 3 weeks now. Not a bad berry flavor. Not to strong. 1 dropperful (1mg) under your tongue for 30 secs. Nice little boost of energy that last all day. I definitely had more energy. No jitters. Just felt like I had a good night's sleep. Less nervous feeling. Which it says on the bottle it does help with. I had no idea about that one untill I read the bottle to do the review. It also helps support cardiovascular health. Definitely better than the normal energy shots. I can't say if I had any weight loss. I definitely feel more energized. More active. No artificial colors or flavors. No milk or milk derivatives. No lactose, sugar, soy, gluten, wheat or yeast.
New formula tastes much better. My doctor has noticed the higher vitamin B levels in my work up.
The taste isn't all that bad (berry). What gets me is the "hold under tongue for 30 seconds". It's a liquid. How do you hold it UNDER your tongue? I squirt it under my tongue but it doesn't stay there. (obviously) Haven't noticed any extra energy. But, I'll use it up to see.
I take b12 daily as part of my morning routine and prefer a liquid form. This B 12 supplement has a very pleasant taste which is a big plus since you need to hold the liquid under your tongue for 30 seconds. My only criticism is the dropper; a recommended dose is 1 full dropper but the liquid does not readily come out of it. You need to repeatedly squeeze to get all the liquid and it did dribble onto my clothing. I'm happy with the supplement but wish there was an easier delivery system.
Lately i been with a little bit of energy. So i decided to try this. All you have to do is take fill the dropper up to 1 and hold the liquid vitamin under your tongue for about 20-30 seconds. I'm not a fanatic of the taste. It's your typical vitamin taste. But it's helping me with my vitamin intake. I have felt much better ever since taking this supplement. I will definitely try the rest of the vitamin variety.
