I love the capsules. I've purchased the powder versions of this before, not bad, but the capsules are easier for me.

As you age, your natural collagen supply diminishes which is why collagen supplements are so important. Vital Proteins is a great company for supplements like this. They have collagen supplements that you can mix with your favorite beverage or water as well as shakes and smoothies, but I could never get used to the way it made them taste. It is flavorless, but I could still taste SOMETHING. This is why I am very happy that they gave us the same supplement in capsule form. Now I can just take it with my other vitamin supplements and be good to go! And let me tell you this collagen peptides really works. I have seen an increase in the quality of my energy levels, skin elasticity, skin tone, nail health, and my hair is much more shiny and healthy looking. One more thing, this supplement also functions as a meal supplement, so you can skip a meal once in a while, but the label says not to use it as a weight loss solution. I never want to stop taking this, and I know that once you see results like I have, you won't either.

I seriously think my nails have grown more than usual during this time. These supplements are used to support healthy skin, hair and nails. I haven’t taken them long enough to witness all of the effects yet but I’m excited to see more results. The whole idea is that they support collagen which is known to be effective on beauty. The only thing I dislike is the daily serving size is 5 capsules. This bottle will last 1 month. Better get my order in for another bottle soon.

I like to minimize how many things in my luggage can spill, leak, explode or stain. The Vital Proteins collagen capsules work beautifully. Just be mindful that a "dose" is 5 capsules, not one or two, so plan accordingly. The 150-count container is a 30-day supply.
Another substitute from a delivery!!!!! If you don't have it. Give me a credit. If I had time to do returns, I would have time to go to the store and buy stuff myself without paying $15 a month, another $10 to get my items within 2 hours and then a flipping tip on top of it!!!!
