I mix mine with coconut or cactus water for optimal absorption and hydration!! Definitely will replace this jar when I run out!!

However, this powder mix was easy to drink and tasted better than I was expecting, more berry flavor than anything. I also tried this instead of a cup of coffee for a change and felt energized as if I had a second cup. Love this healthier alternative. Perfect for in the morning or during an afternoon slump.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lately I've been dealing with the lack of energy and it was nice to try a supplement that contained natural ingredients without preservatives or artificial flavors. I was definitely surprised by the taste because I was expecting it to have a beet like taste but it was actually pleasant! The pomegranate berry flavoring gave it a great flavor. I mixed it with water the first couple of days. It was easy to drink and after a few days I noticed I had a little bit more energy and just felt better overall. I will be adding it to my juices and smoothies in the future. I think it will blend well with the other fruits giving it a great taste and providing that extra kick.

The flavor is a bit funky, it's pomegranate berry but the two flavors just don't mesh very well together with the beet juice. Overall, I would recommend this product you just need to mix it with something other than water in my opinion.
I'm unsure because the smell and everything and feeling changed after the first try I left my apt to get mail and most the smell is gone smells diluted with a dry urine stank and the energy impact empty now. The company cut off chats too the pills if this were placebos and my drinks of this F29 were horribly damaged and focus factor hasn't responded as existing on Facebook like their wigs indicate.
